These MVP terms outline expectations for using the Smunicent website, waitlists, contact forms, and external WhatsApp community paths.

These Terms of Use apply to the Smunicent website, city discovery experience, waitlist forms, contact forms, and official Smunicent WhatsApp group paths during the MVP.
Smunicent is operated by Smunicent LLC. These Terms are marked for qualified legal review before launch.

Community participation is limited to users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for using Smunicent lawfully where you live.
WhatsApp may have separate age, account, device, and country requirements.

The current MVP provides website information, city discovery, search and filtering, optional browser-based location matching, external WhatsApp group access, city waitlists, contact forms, and limited outbound-click records.
Smunicent does not currently provide user accounts, member profiles, native messaging, in-app posts, payments, identity verification, native mobile apps, or an in-app moderation dashboard.
References to future profiles, jobs, housing, events, discovery, business listings, or a planned mobile app describe roadmap direction and do not guarantee availability, timing, approval, or access.

Active city communities currently open through official Smunicent WhatsApp groups, meaning groups operated or recognized by Smunicent. Official does not mean that members are identity verified.
WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms, privacy practices, account requirements, and settings. Smunicent cannot control WhatsApp outages, account restrictions, policy changes, feature changes, or platform behavior.
WhatsApp participation may reveal your phone number, profile name, profile photo, messages, and activity to other group members depending on your settings and participation.

You are responsible for the information you submit, the posts you share, and your conduct in any external group or third-party service you choose to use.
Do not submit false information, impersonate others, misuse forms, scrape the website, disrupt the service, harass others, threaten others, share hate speech, discriminate, dox people, exploit people, promote scams, spam, fraud, malware, illegal goods or services, or request passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, or unnecessary identification documents.
You must follow the Community Guidelines and any reasonable directions from designated Smunicent group administrators.

Business promotions, advertising, self-promotion, job opportunities, and housing opportunities require prior administrator approval during the MVP.
Administrator approval does not mean Smunicent verifies, endorses, recommends, or guarantees a post, business, job, housing opportunity, service, recommendation, or member claim.
Members should disclose ownership, employment, payment, referral compensation, or other material financial interests connected to a promoted business, service, opportunity, or recommendation.

Member identities, jobs, housing leads, businesses, services, recommendations, referrals, meetups, and other member-provided information are not verified by default.
Smunicent does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, housing, employment, or professional advice through the MVP. Independently verify opportunities and use your own judgment before meeting, paying, sharing documents, or relying on advice.

Smunicent is not an emergency service. WhatsApp groups, forms, and inboxes are not monitored continuously. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Smunicent may decline, remove, report, suspend, restrict, or ban participation that conflicts with the purpose of the community or creates legal, safety, privacy, spam, scam, harassment, or abuse concerns.

Active cities have a currently available community path. Coming Soon cities collect interest and may not yet have a live WhatsApp group.
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that a city will launch, that it will launch by a particular date, or that future app features will be available in a specific city.
Smunicent may change city availability, member-count labels, launch timing, links, or access paths as operations evolve.

Smunicent names, logos, branding, website content, and product materials belong to Smunicent or its licensors and may not be used in a misleading way without permission.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, Smunicent may use them to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.

The MVP is provided as available and may change, pause, or experience errors while the product develops. Smunicent does not guarantee safety, member conduct, accuracy of member posts, uninterrupted availability, or city launch timing.
To the extent allowed by law, Smunicent is responsible only for losses directly caused by Smunicent's own proportionate fault, and not for third-party platform behavior or member actions outside Smunicent's control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
