Report concerns clearly and quickly.
Smunicent uses email, contact forms, and designated group administrators to review MVP safety concerns. Last updated July 19, 2026.
For immediate danger
Smunicent is not an emergency service. WhatsApp groups, contact forms, and email inboxes are not monitored continuously. If you are facing immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
What may be reported
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or sexual harassment.
- Fraud, scams, spam, pyramid schemes, deceptive investments, malicious links, or impersonation.
- Doxxing, privacy violations, misuse of phone numbers, or sharing sensitive information without permission.
- Illegal goods or services, exploitation, trafficking, unsafe conduct, or other unlawful activity.
- Posts that violate Community Guidelines or require administrator approval but were shared without it.
Reporting channels
Email safety reports and appeals to safety@smunicent.com.
Use the Contact form for appropriate non-emergency matters, contact a designated Smunicent group administrator, or use WhatsApp's block and report tools.
No anonymous reporting process is available during the MVP.
What to include
- Screenshots, dates, usernames, visible phone numbers, group name, relevant links, and a concise factual description.
- Avoid sending passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, government identification, or highly sensitive medical or financial information unless clearly necessary.
Review expectations
Ordinary reports are targeted for review within one business day, but this is a target and not a guarantee. Urgent reports are prioritized as soon as reasonably possible.
Limited information may need to be shared for investigation, safety, legal compliance, or platform enforcement. Smunicent does not promise absolute confidentiality.
Possible enforcement actions
- Reminder or warning.
- Content removal where possible.
- Participation restriction, removal from one group, or removal from all official Smunicent groups.
- Permanent ban.
- Escalation to WhatsApp, emergency services, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary.
Appeals may be sent to safety@smunicent.com. A different decision-maker should review an appeal when practicable.
